Do you wonder how people react to different social media situations at work? Are they ignoring customer problems they see mentioned on Twitter or Facebook? Are they using social media to solve work problems, or is it just a place to vent about a bad day? Do you wonder how people’s online activity impacts a company’s reputation?
We wonder, too. And we’d like to understand more about how people are using social media professionally.
If you’d like to share your experiences, please take our social media in the workplace survey. The survey is a series of yes or no questions that we think gets at the heart of social media workplace issues. Please feel free to share the survey with your co-workers and peers.
We’re also interested in talking directly to people about their social media workplace experiences. If you live in the Chicago area and have an hour to spare, please contact us at info@primefunction.net to schedule some time. Otherwise, we are happy to conduct phone interviews.
We’ll publish our findings on this blog, but if you’d like to see advance results, please leave us a comment or share your email address at the end of the survey.
Thank you!
